  • Please visit our contact page and complete the form. We’ll need photos of the damaged product and packaging. Millering will replace any shipping-damaged items or provide a refund if needed.

  • Refunds and Exchanges

    All sales are final. Millering is not responsible for change-of-mind or accidental purchases.

    If you have any issues, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.

    If your product arrives damaged, please visit our contact page or email millering.au@gmail.com to send photos of the damage product and packaging. We may issue a refund or credit.

    If the product is not as described, we will arrange a full refund or exchange once we receive the returned item. Milleing will provide a return label. The incorrect item must be returned in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for mishandling or improper care of your item. Please follow the care instructions included with your purchase.

  • Some of our products are made to order and may take an extra 2 days to process. If this happens, Milleing will contact you.

    We try to ship within 72 hours, except on product launch days. For earring launches, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.

    Standard shipping time is 5-7 days Express shipping time 2-3 days. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.
